Melissa Lynch

Founder & Chief Inspiration Officer

Melissa has over 15 years in the luxury wine industry. Prior to founding the groundbreaking Ambassador program at Boisset Collection, Melissa co-founded WineShop At Home, a venture-backed social commerce company with an investment from E&J Gallo. Before she followed her passion into the wine world, Melissa was an executive at Peoplesoft (acquired by Oracle) leading their business development teams. She is focused on helping wineries build their business for the future by leveraging community and digital led sales programs. Melissa works with a team of independent consultants that specialize in experiential marketing, e-commerce, DE&I initiatives, and training programs.

Erin Lynch

As a digital marketing and content creator, my experience and skills enable me to help your business thrive. With a degree from UCSB in English and a passion for communications, I manage the affiliate partnerships, while ensuring that your brand voice is communicated effectively to your target audience. As a content creator I focus on delivering articles, blogs, and digital campaigns that will drive traffic and engagement. I have over 11 years of customer service, luxury retail sales, and certifications in Google Analystics, Impact PXA, and Digital Marketing via Hubspot.
